Nothing says yummy goodness to me like a big bowl of pasta, and this month we are re-working some of our favorite dishes into something a little bit healthier. One of my new favorite foods that I love to add to salads and even eggs is an avocado. This particular “pesto” would be so tasty used as a spread on a sandwich, in a wrap or over your favorite pasta. If you love avocados, you will enjoy this pesto.
