Mini lime cupcakes with tequila buttercream (vegan)

These vegan mini cupcakes are moist and have just the right amount of lime flavor to give this recipe broad appeal. The buttercream adds the fluff as well as a touch of tequila. For this recipe, I followed one of Chef Chloe Coscarelli's buttercream recipes, swapping out the whiskey in hers, for tequila in this one.
