One of the absolute best dinners I make. So easy, just a few ingredients and you can throw this together for dinner super fast. Not only is it super healthy, high in fiber and protein, but this recipe is also gluten-free! If you want to make the tacos taste even better, I suggest frying the taco shells in coconut oil, but the less messy and healthier way is to just toast them on your stove top.
