These Spicy Giardiniera Pizza Bites make a great snack or appetizer. They’re like the smallest version of a pizza I know! The ratio of dough to cheese to filling is perfect, and you control the amount of sauce you use. This recipe was inspired by a recipe on the blog, She Makes and Bakes, and I slightly adapted a King Arthur Flour recipe to make the dough.
