No question about it. My favorite donut is chocolate cake with a glaze. I could eat a dozen ... all in one sitting. For Christmas one of the things I wanted was a mini donut pan. I figured this would be a way that I could make a version of my favorite donut in a smaller baked variety. That means that I can eat at least 2 (or 3) per serving right?
