Caramelized onion, sausage and goat cheese pizza

One of my favorite flavors is the taste of caramelized onions. Add some mild Italian sausage and goat cheese and the result is a pizza with a hint of sweetness. Sweet! Tip: I rolled out the dough on a rubber pastry mat then inverted the pizza pan over the top of the circle and flipped the mat/pan over. Voila! The dough was in the pan without a bit of fuss.
