These peanuts are seriously addictive. Wok-roasting raw peanuts just gives them this amazing flavor that you won't get anywhere else. You'll see these as an appetizer given out at some Chinese restaurants, and I've been eating them since I was a kid. They're so good. Here's my mom's recipe.
