Homemade granola

This homemade granola is super healthy. It is full of oats, nuts and dried cranberries. It uses coconut oil, which is a very healthy oil to cook with. It is packed with protein to add to your breakfast. Eat it with yogurt, eat it plain or pour milk on top of it. This recipe is also easy to modify with whatever nuts or dried fruit you would like.
