At a recent party, I was asked to bring a dish that represents where I come from. Being British, what better summer dessert is there than Eton Mess? A little prep is needed for this dessert, but once you have all the ingredients prepared it takes literally 2 minutes to assemble. I chose to make individual cups, but you can easily create one large dessert in a glass bowl for people to share.
