You probably remember having Salisbury Steak served in the school cafeteria. This recipe is nothing like that. It’s similar to a meatloaf, with the added goodness of a golden brown sear. Don’t even get me started on the French onion sauce---you will be eating it by the spoonful! Did I mention it only uses one pan and takes less than 30 minutes to make? Perfection.
