Pomegranate molasses dressing

Pomegranate molasses is such a versatile, flavorful ingredient, I thought why not put it in a salad dressing. And it worked! I used lemon juice for freshness and mellowed out the acidity with some agave nectar. Honey would also be a wonderful substitute.
