I was tuned to Saturday Kitchen this weekend and they were making a tart. It looked like a good idea and relatively quick but I wanted to make it gluten-free. So I played with the flours we have at home and came up with this. This easily serves 4-6 people and is chopping board to belly within 60 minutes.
