Quick panettone (italian christmas bread)

This traditional, sweet bread is served on Christmas and New Year's in Italy, as well as around Europe. My version is yeast-free and easy to prepare. It's studded with currants and golden raisins and scented with lemon and orange zests. It's great for breakfast or a light dessert!
