Melt-in-your-mouth vegan white chocolate cranberry hearts

Vegan white chocolate has always been tricky, but here’s an amazing last-minute Valentine’s Day dessert. These raw white chocolate hearts are not only delicious and healthier than store bought ones, but they are super easy to make. They require only 4 or 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to prepare. Cranberries are optional; you can leave your fudge plain or add nuts of your choice. Coconut cream is what makes them so delicate.
