Onigiri
Japanese cuisine
Onigiri (oh-nee-gee-dee) are Japanese rice balls that are filled with savory tuna or chicken salad and wrapped with nori. They're an easy on-the-go snack, they're so much fun to make, and they're absolutely scrumptious. Check out my blog for a complete tutorial if you want to see how they're made.
Note: You will also need an onigiri mold.
