I’ve tried so many biscuit recipes, and honestly this one the closest thing to a traditional biscuit I have had since going low carb and grain free! They’re quick to make, and require very few ingredients. Suitable for Atkins, Keto, LCHF, low carb, diabetic, low glycemic, gluten free, grain free, sugar free, low potassium, CKD & Renal Diet if salt omitted, nut free option, dairy free/Paleo option.
