A relatively new cocktail on the scene, The Paper Plane is a bourbon-based cocktail created by the New York Mixologist Sam Ross, back in 2008. I had my first Paper Plane cocktail recently at a restaurant in Dallas and loved it. The fact that it came with a cute little paper airplane for me to harass the other patrons
