This is my Seared Salmon Tacos recipe with a spicy red cabbage slaw and homemade guacamole, for Fish Taco lovers, it doesn’t get much better. Seasoned with cumin and chipotle peppers the seared salmon is mildly spicy, tender and flaky, the seared salmon sits atop of my slaw of red cabbage recipe that is dressed in a lime and jalapeno vinaigrette. Top the salmon and slaw with a fresh dollop of my homemade guacamole recipe and some crumbled queso fresco, and you have yourself a great Fish Taco.
