Too busy having my rant and working with Jade on her blog today:  http://jade00.wordpress.com/.   Didn't really plan dinner.  The veal burgers turned out nice.  I shaped them to fit on the baguette.  Noteworthy were the grilled vegetables, marinated in olive oil and garlic.
