Spaghetti squash with pan fried cod
The forecast for today was 80 degrees F, so I thought I might cook, early. We went to the market around 8 a.m. and I found a spaghetti squash. I've always wanted to cook one of these! The freezer yielded up some nice cod fillets. I think it's almost miraculous the way the squash shreds…
