Spinach cobb salad
This is my breakfast salad, prepared for today's Sunday coffee get together. Baby spinach on the bottom, topped with red onion, boiled eggs, sliced mushrooms, crispy bacon, with a Dijon mustard vinaigrette served on the side. I love this bowl!
