Pasta salad mixed with sweet peas and tossed with fresh herbs, lemon vinegerette and finished with either goat cheese or feta cheese. Quick, easy, incredibly delicious, and healthy. What more could you want? Serve with grilled chicken or prosciutto. We use Banza chickpea pasta and love it in this dish.
