It is a never ending journey, finding the best pizza dough with the perfect topping. This is one worth trying on your journey and although I will not stop experimenting with different techniques, dough and topping, this is a returning recipe. It is a bit far from the traditional pizza but nevertheless very tasty and also a bit healthier as I used whole wheat flour to make the crust.
