I was asked to participate in an event sponsored by Wilton. For the event, I had to come up with a Halloween themed recipe. As soon as I saw the 3D skull mold, I knew I wanted to make spooky skulls. I found fresh raspberries and blackberries at the store and came up with a coulis that looks eerily similar to blood.
