Whipped passion fruit & white chocolate ganache tart
This is a quite easy no-bake dessert. Whipping the ganache makes for an airy and much lighter filling. You can top it with any fruit that you like; I used fresh passion fruit, pomegranate, figs and mint. <br /> <br />This recipe is for a 35x11cm tart mold, preferably with a detachable bottom since the crust crumbles easily.
