Cheaper and easier than a flight to Spain. This lamb will take you there--without having to clear TSA and paying baggage fees! <br /> <br />As a single dad, I don't have a ton of time to cook. However, my kids are foodies and I think they would revolt if I served them chicken fingers or the like (unless they were really, really good ones). I'm also looking to make amazing food that is really simple and basically cooks itself. This dish does all that...and more. <br />I serve it over couscous, which soaks up the amazing spices and sauce.
