This is yet another step further into my caramel making obsession. These are inspired by Turkish Delight candy, and perfumed with rose water and cardamom. I think these would be gorgeous finished with some dried organic rose petals, if you have access sprinkle the caramel mixture with the rose petals 10 to 15 minutes after it has been poured into the pan.
