I’ve been working on my meatball recipe for what feels like forever, and though I had turned out some satisfying versions in the past, none of them ever really knocked my socks off – until these. The meatballs were light and super tender, and the sauce got a depth and sweetness from the port, as well as a bright fruitiness from the wine added near the end.
