Pasta is the ultimate fast food. It’s quick, easy, tasty, comforting and this has to be one of my favourite pasta dishes. This dish also happens to make the perfect lunch. It’s what I’ve just had, and what can I say, I loved it. Tomatoes, chili, tuna, garlic, olives, olive oil, a dash of lemon juice, plenty of salt and slightly al dente spaghetti served with a crisp, cold and basically unsurpassable white wine spritzer. These tomatoes were great too as they actually smelt of tomatoes. Weird? Nooo sirree, a tomato isn’t to be judged by appearance alone, but by scent. A good tomato should actually smell of tomato. You can extend this wisdom to humans as well if you want. Not sure what the results would be. Let me know. Anyway, this dish is best enjoyed sat by open windows with a very hungry, rumbly belly.
