Toasted oatmeal with fruit & spice
This came to me one Friday night when I tired of oatmeal's creamy character.
<br />I like it and will never go back to oatmeal of old.
<br />This version leaves the oatmeal grains intact, nutty, almost millet like. The toasted nuts and spice take it beyond good.
