The vegetarian shepard
Depending on the time of year, this dish can easily be made with either frozen or fresh ingredients. Whichever is cheaper and more accessible! I'm not a vegetarian, but a lot of times when I cook during the week I don't like to use much meat. Not only is it cheaper, but it makes me spice up traditional recipes with new flavors and ingredients.
