Sweet potato shepherds pie

This was the first recipe posted on my blog this past June. I chose it because it fully encompasses my tagline.....Clean Healthy and Yummy! I love Sweet Potatoes in sweets and savories. My little kids love this dish as well. The addition of cinnamon adds a nice flavor twist and balance to the other ingredients. This Shepherds Pie is great paired with a light side salad.
