Or if you really don’t want to take out the mixer bowl again, you can go with <a href="https://food52.com/recipes/36508-maya-s-chocolate-fudge-sheet-cake"><strong>a ganache like this</strong></a>, though the deep chocolate flavor is almost too much for a homey cake like this.
