Summer zucchini lasagna

I've never gotten on the zucchini bandwagon until now. Our chives have taken over our home garden and I was determined to not waste a single one. Thus, this deconstructed lasagna was created. The chive-basil oil portion of this recipe makes additional servings, so you can use it for future recipes - it is a little sharp-tasting until cooked, so make sure you cook it for a bit before you use it again!
