Sugar - free almond sweet potato cake with strawberry coulis - sugar free

I am looking at sugar-free dessert menus but most use a sugar substitute. i opt to use fruits, so i made myself one. I was in the kitchen eating some baked sweet potato with rosemary when i realized i can use half of the sweet potato i was eating, so i started to put the left over baked sweet potato in the food processor. This is how the sugar- free almond sweet potato cake came into being. I looked at my freezer and saw some strawberries, so i thawed it and soaked some raisins. I put some water in the blender. This is yummilicious! I attended a Wholefoods 'Health Starts Here' workshop and decided to bring some for the attendees to taste. they liked and asked me for the recipe.
