Stuffed tomatoes

Stuffed tomatoes is a food of summer, made of tomatoes, mince meat and rice as filling or only rice. See following: <br />-8 fresh tomatoes <br />a) We wash tomatoes and we remove flesh from inside with a small spoon. We also remove cap of each tomato before removing flesh, and keep in a place for later. <br />a)Filling; <br />We put the flesh of tomatoes after blending it, in a pan (skillet), with 3-4 small spoonful olive oil and an onion cut into small pieces, and fry this a bit till it gets brown. Then we put the blended flesh of tomatoes, by adding a cup of rice, can be white rice or basmati. We cut the cloves of a garlic to tiny pieces and add them. We also put a zucchini of medium size cut into very small pieces after washing it. We leave all this be done, and boil for round half an hour, at 170 C. Then we add 1/3 cup of grated cheese and we break an egg, and mix well, leaving this for round 5-7 at 170 C get done. We also add 2 more small spoonful olive oil, some salt and pepper.Filling is ready. <br />a)Preparation: <br />We take each tomato and start filling it with filling of pan/skillet, and then we put the relative cap of each tomato, (same cap of each tomato when we removed). <br />We put all this in a big flat rectangular plate of glass called pyrex, and after we have put all caps, we spread a bit olive oil over all tomatoes, ready to be baked. <br />We bake in the oven for round 45-50 min, at 170-200 C accordingly.
