Artichokes have been one of my favorite foods for as long as I can remember. I love to eat them simply prepared, savoring one leaf at time. I used to shy away from dips or sauces, but as I've gotten older I've become more adventurous. I like the subtle flavors in the artichoke and how they combine with the mayonnaise dip. - breadandbeta
