I adapted Ina Garten's Strawberry Scone Recipe ( http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/strawberry-scones-recipe/index.html), and the result is a traditional flaky, savory scone, studded with bourbon soaked cherries, and topped with a simple bourbon vanilla glaze.
