Spicy tuscan salmon
This is a spicer and lower fat version of the traditional "Tuscan Salmon".It has sundried tomatoes and spinach in it also and is a delicious meal that can be made in under 30 minutes flat.

<br />1 tbsp Sun-Dried Tomato Oil
<br />2 large Salmon Fillets
<br />3 Garlic cloves
<br />10 Sun-Dried Tomatoes
<br />1 1/2 cup Whole Milk
<br />1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
<br />2 tbsp Sour Cream (Full fat)
<br />4 cups Spinach
<br />1 tsp Garlic Powder
<br />1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
<br />1/2 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
<br />Salt and pepper (to taste)
