Spicy tofu shirataki with mussels

Within the past few months I have tried to be more experimental in my tiny kitchen due to my husband's decision to become a pescetarian. With a full time job I go for ingredients that are easy to work with and meals that are ready in 30-45 minutes. (I go all out during the weekends :-) ). Definitely enjoying my new found love for cooking and I hope you enjoy this recipe!
