The day after Thanksgiving, I always crave flavors that are vastly different from the night before—heat, spice, a little acidity. These flaky little pastries satisfy on all these levels. <br /> <br /> <br />They are also equally delicious made with leftover shredded roast chicken. You can also make these vegetarian and substitute cubes of cooked potatoes for the turkey or chicken.
