This is a big, tall layer cake—worthy of any summer soirée you can dream up. You start with three layers of graham cake, which is slightly concave in the center. The concave cake cavity is perfect for a layer of ganache, making a flat surface for a layer of marshmallow that sandwiches it all together. Toasting the marshmallow is optional, but much more fun!
