Smoky bacon mac and cheese
This recipe is adapted from <a href="http://acozykitchen.com/smoked-gouda-mac-and-cheese/>A Cozy Kitchen's Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese</a> recipe. I came up with this idea while participating in an American-themed cook-off. I LOVE smoky stuff and thought, why stop with the cheese? Plus bacon and smoked paprika just make everything taste better, right?
