Slab muffuletta

Instead of the traditional round loaf, this muffuletta employs an 18- by 13-inch sheet pan of olive oily, salty focaccia. We used <a href="https://food52.com/recipes/28786-saltie-s-focaccia">Saltie's recipe</a>—but use whichever you like best.
