simply the best port

Cold White Port wine served to perfection like my very good friend and wine maker Rodrigo taught me. <br />It’s very refined and normally we use a special Sweet White Wine from the Lisbon region – Carcavelos or Setúbal. It is served as an aperitif. I imagine it’s difficult to get this wine in the US, so I would make it with White Port. <br />
