I'm a seafood lover and when you combine seafood and puff pastry, it just gets much better than that. Oh, yes it does; just add a nice cream sauce! This recipe is one that I have worked to perfect each time I make it. I think I've got it pretty close now. The measurements are set for a first course for 4 dinner guests.
