Less is more. This recipe is extremely simple using minimal ingredients. The sake creates an aromatic sauce that you can't get enough of when poured over your perfectly seared salmon. Serve this with cilantro-white rice for a great side. <br /> <br />I actually won a contest on Epicurious.com (15th anniv Home Cook Contest) for this recipe. They flew my wife and I out to NYC for me to do a cooking demo during an event with two other finalists! <br />
