Umami, spicy, just a touch sweet, and gorgeous to look at while you eat, this dish is a heavenly balance of flavor, with ALL of the textures that make a salad or noodle bowl into perfection: crunchy, sesame crusted ahi that is tender and rare on the inside, slippery-&-satisfying al dente soba noodles, juicy-crunchy pickled vegetables and seaweeds, unctuous, creamy egg yolk... It's a flavor bomb, but it is so well-balanced, honestly healthy and nutrient dense, and completely satisfying. Umami yummy!!
