This is our family recipe for banana bread, which I have tweaked just a little over the years. It's unusually moist--—almost breadpudding-esque. I like to toast it, saute it, and smear it with spreads sweet and savory. But my favorite way to eat it is sauteed with some caramelized bananas, a pour of flaming whisky sauce, and a dollop of whipped cream or creme fraiche. - ALittleZaftig
