I worked very hard to find a good gluten-free pie dough that I could play around with a little. Most of them are super tough to work and not easily handled. I finally found a crust I was able to make lovely pie crust decorations without losing my mind. For thanksgiving, I developed this recipe for salted apple caramel pie inspired by Four + Twenty Blackbirds amazing creation.
